Every person in their life experiences the problem of constipation multiple times, the problem of constipation is much bigger than we think. When our body produces tight and dry stool and stool take a longer time than usual or stool needs force to come out, then this problem of our body is called constipation. According to the Ayurveda, our body is balanced because of three doshas are Vata, Pitt, and Cuff, imbalance on these three Doshas occurs in any disease in the body. Our lifestyle and living pattern can imbalance these three Doshas. Constipation occurs in the body because of the imbalance in Vata Dosha.

  • Eat banana regularly 
  • Eat boiled grams or soaked grams
  • Consumption of Indian squash also helps
  • Do exercise, yoga, and walk daily
  • Increase the number of vegetables in a meal

First Home Remedy for constipation:

Ingredients: One glass of water, 2 spoons of fennel seed, and 1 spoon of castor oil

Step 1: Take one large glass of water and add 2 spoons of fennel seed into it.

Step 2: Boil the water with fennel seeds till water reduces half from its actual quantity.

Step 3: Mix one spoon of castor oil into it and let it lukewarm

Instructions: Drink this concoction when you have all day free, this will clear the way of your intestine and it will lead you to some sort of trots. This home remedy for constipation softens the stool and cleans the stomach and intestine.

 

Second Home Remedy for constipation:

Ingredients: Triphala powder and a glass of lukewarm water

Steps: Take one glass of lukewarm water and mix one spoon of Triphala powder into it.

Instructions: Drink this water with triphala daily at night before going to bed. Triphala is one of the oldest ayurvedic remedies for constipation.

 

Third Home Remedy for constipation:

Ingredients: Ginger, leaves of mint, and a cup of water

Step 1: Take one piece of ginger, grate it with the help of a grater.

Step 2: Add some leaves of mint on grated ginger, and then boil them with a cup of water

Ingredients: Cumin seed, black salt, and carom seed (Take all ingredients in an equal quantity)

Step 1: Take an equal quantity of cumin seed and carom seed, and roast them.

Ingredients: Fennel seed and a glass of water

Step 1: Roast the fennel seeds and grind them till it becomes powder.

Ingredients: Cumin seed and gram
