What is Thyroid and Thyroid disorder?
The thyroid is one of our glands in the body, that is found around the throat area and directly below Adam’s apple. The thyroid plays a major role in the production of metabolism and the growth of the human body. The thyroid releases the hormone “Triiodothyronine” (T3) and “Thyroxine” (T4), and these hormones go through the blood to the cells and the entire part of the body. The good functioning of the thyroid glands is very important for us because it regulates the metabolism of our bodies. (Metabolism converts eaten food and drinks into energy) Misfunctioning of thyroid glands disturbs the balance of our body.
When the thyroid gland produces a large amount of hormones or less amount of hormones in the body, that creates severe problems in the body, and this misfunctioning of the thyroid gland is known as a thyroid disorder or thyroid disease.

Follow these home remedies mentioned below if you have hyperthyroidism-
First home remedy for hyperthyroidism
Ingredients: Papaya, turmeric, lemon and ginger
Step 1: Take 1 bowl of raw peeled papaya chunks.
Step 2: Take 1 spoon of lemon sap with one-fourth tablespoon of turmeric
Step 3: Take one inch of grated ginger, and mix all ingredients in half a cup of water. Blend these ingredients using the blender.
Instructions: Consume this mixture every day in the morning.

Ingredients: Amla (Indian gooseberry), Triphala powder, and honey
Step 1: Make a good paste of Amla and take half a spoon of amla paste.
Step 2: Mix half a spoon of Triphala powder and 2 spoons of honey with the amla paste.
